Payment Information

Payment is accepted by bank transfer, debit card, credit card or cash. For packages, payment can be made in full or split into two equal instalments.

Online Sessions

Online sessions via Zoom are available at the same rates as face-to-face sessions. Payment is taken before the session begins, by bank transfer or card.

Insurance & Healthcare Plans

Some private health insurance plans and employee assistance programmes cover hypnotherapy. Check with your provider to see whether your treatment may be covered. I can provide receipts and documentation as needed.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge at the full session rate. I appreciate that unexpected things happen and I'll always do my best to be understanding.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

This varies depending on the issue. Here's a general guide:

  • Smoking cessation: 1 session
  • Simple phobias: 2–4 sessions
  • Anxiety and stress: 4–6 sessions
  • Confidence and self-esteem: 3–5 sessions
  • Weight management: 4–6 sessions
  • Insomnia: 3–4 sessions
  • Chronic pain management: 4–6 sessions

These are estimates. Some people need fewer sessions, some need more. We'll discuss realistic expectations during your free consultation. I'll never recommend more sessions than I genuinely believe you need.
