Every person is different, and every treatment plan reflects that. Whether you're struggling with anxiety that won't shift, a habit you can't break, or a fear that limits your life, clinical hypnotherapy offers a proven, gentle approach to lasting change.

Below you'll find the main areas I work with. If your specific issue isn't listed, please get in touch — hypnotherapy can help with a much wider range of conditions than most people realise.

Other Conditions

Beyond the main areas listed above, I also work with clients on:

  • Exam and driving test nerves
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Nail biting and hair pulling
  • Blushing
  • Bruxism (teeth grinding)
  • Grief and loss
  • Sports performance
  • Preparation for surgery or medical procedures

How Treatment Works

Every course of treatment begins with a thorough consultation where I learn about your situation, your history and your goals. From there, I create a personalised treatment plan that typically combines:

  • Cognitive techniques — identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns
  • Clinical hypnosis — reinforcing positive changes at a subconscious level
  • Self-help tools — techniques you can use between sessions and after treatment ends

Most conditions require between 3 and 6 sessions, though this varies. Smoking cessation is typically a single session. I'll always give you an honest estimate during your initial consultation. (Source: MedlinePlus).
